Dear Stefan Engel and MLPD, You have our fullest support in the struggle against state despotism and attack on democratic rights. It is an outrageous act and attack on democratic rights that Stefan Engel and other comrades associated with the MLPD were declared a dangerous person in 2018. We think it is exactly right that you Stefan Engel accuse the operators - Seehofer and Co - because of your danger speech!

We support your lawsuit and declare our solidarity! Stefan Engel has been on the side of the miners for decades and is an advisor to the miners. Stefan, you are the founder and representative of the International Miners' Coordination. With the International Miners' Coordination the miners worldwide are united against the international finance capital. You are known and appreciated worldwide as a theoretician of the workers' movement. You take an active stand against fascists and right-wing development and use your democratic rights to fight against it, so that we and our youth have a future worth living. After it became known that you are against this undemocratic and unlawful classification as a dangerous person with his complaint through, you were terminated the bank account and also the accounts of other friends - without justification. You and the other people concerned have done nothing wrong and are still declared criminals. We are of the opinion that the real "endangerers of democracy" like Seehofer and Co belong in the dock, because they trample on and suspend democratic rights and freedoms for anti-communist reasons and the fear that their influence on the mass of the population is dwindling. One sees, not only in other countries, representatives of militant, progressive movements experience persecutions and violence. Also here in the highly praised 'free' Germany, democratic rights and freedoms and the rule of law are being undermined by the rulers. We protest in the name of the international militant miners' movement against the state persecution of you, Stefan Engel and your friends by police and secret service apparatus and demand the immediate withdrawal of all repressive measures and the endangerment order.
