Report of the Polish ICG member. Regarding the current situation I have to say that unfortunately we have a black series of accidents in JSW, the rescue operation in Pniówek mine is not yet finished and already there was another accident, this time in Zofiówka mine. In the Zofiówka mine there was an earth tremor, as a result of which a part of the mine building collapsed and buried 10 miners; unfortunately all the miners died.
